If you are adding a high flow filter, along with raising the main jet you will need to go with a larger idle jet as well.

Does The Trick
Ever since I removed the No. 25 jet and replaced it with the No. 29 the bike starts on the first kick every time. Better yet, it's lost its mid-throttle stumble and hesitation.
