Basically it works
It just works. The filter mesh on the intake straw is a nice touch. While the housing face has clear indication of the valve position, there is no physical "detent" or stop where each position is, which is what I was expecting. Also, there is a spring on the handle arm post giving the impression that it is supposed to be a "press and turn" but it doesn't do that either. To switch positions you just kinda line up the handle with the approximate location of the text and that's it. Maybe mine is defective, or maybe they're designed like that. Not sure Purchased for my '78 Batavus GoGo
