Cable stop, AKA nipple/end fitting / brake barrel, for brake levers on many mopeds with Magura, Domino and other levers.
Dimensions:
15mm length x 8mm diameter
9mm round top cap
The hole requires a minumum of 4mm and a maximum of 6mm for your cable end piece to fit properly.

Its a good cable stop but made from poor material.
This is no dout a good cable stop for the price but I gave it tbree stars because the metal this is made from is brittle and the prongs on them can break off easily if bent. My reccomendation to Moped Army is that they need to make these cable stops out of a stronger metal because they will break if bent.
